Delegate Ellington moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

B. 5252 -- "A BILL to amend and reenact §18A-4-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating generally to service personnel class titles and definitions; providing minimum experience required for director or coordinator of services class title involving school transportation; and removing outdated class title and terms.
